Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, unless the shipment contains individual items that are noted with different shipping times on their product detail pages. Out-of-stock items or back-ordered items will ship when we receive them from the supplier. We will notify you by email if any items in your order are back-ordered. Most items are shipped via UPS, but we may use different carriers at different times.
Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund the purchase price and sales tax for unused items returned within 30 days after the date when the order shipped, minus a 10% restocking fee. We cannot refund shipping costs. After 30 days, please refer to an item's manufacturer warranty for repair or replacement. Please email us at CustomerService@maxxknives.com if you wish to return an item in your order. We cannot accept returns without issuing a Return Authorization Number first by email.
